Hi, im trying to buy a diagnostic tool for my Superb 1.9 TDI from 2002 and i dont know if its CAN-BUS or NON CAN-BUS! Can you help me?

also, can you tell me is it ok to buy something like this:

VW Audi Seat Skoda OBD 2 ENGINE SCANNER CODE READER II^ on eBay, also, Diagnostic Tools Equipment, Garage Equipment Tools, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 30-Oct-08 09:22:29 GMT)
