not a happy bunny

Featured Replies

hmmm where do i start!!! i've had the car for a year and a half and all i've had is bad luck, firstly some idiot ran a red light and i t-boned him, he denied it was on red and there was no way of prooving it so i lost my no claims grrrr!!! then a van went up my backside 5 months later on the motorway and sent me into another 2 cars.... he admitted responsability.

then 2 months ago my kkk turbo went, replaced it with a garrett and now, today i've been told i might have a leak/crack in my intercooler but skoda wouldn't know until they removed the bumper and replaced it which would cost £160

my symptoms are a louder than usual wooooshing noise over 2000 rpm, i though it was the turbo pipe but that was removed and replaced today and still the noise is present.

does anyone have an idea of what it is, is it definately a crack in the intercooler or pipes loose???

cheers in advance for any help

p.s i forgot to mention my car got broke into twice and the bloody manchester city council keep putting parking tickets on my car OUTSIDE my own house and it got towed once...... god i've had fun!!!!

Sorry to hear about that mate. No idea what it could be, but i'm sure someone on here will know.

You really are unlucky.................

I would guess that if its had a front end impact its more than likely the intercooler is cracked.
