Back brakes

Featured Replies

Hi , i am about to do my brakes on my fabia vrs the mot is due next month and i think it will fail as they are very worn. What sort of piston rewind tool do i need for the rear's and where can i get one . thanks JP

Halfords usually stock a suitable tool for the job, i think it is branded Lazer

or ask on here , someone close to you might have the tool for you to use for a small charge

Probably not really worth buying if it is just an occassional job. As JP1 says, post up where you are and no doubt someone on here will have a set you can borrow for some beer tokens

hi i am in durham north east, have seen the sealy/lazer one in halfords but wasn't sure wether i needed a genuine skoda/vw one ?

The one from Halford fits just fine, its £20 IIRC :)

Easy job i attempted it with a mate and we have never done anything like that before and it was a doddle - think theres a guide on here :)
