Having taken a day off and disregarding the girlfriends list of things to do, I finaly got around to fit my Whiteline rear ARB and Seat Sport upper strut brace.

It was all purchased though Sarah and awesomeGTI. With a little mailing back and forth Sarah was pretty sure it would fit, am I was ready to try it on.

Both things vere a straight fit and took about 2 hours approx.

After fitting it was time for a test drive and I have only one word: WOOW !!!

What a transformation....

Having read all the treads about the difference I was very exited to try it for myself and I was NOT disapointed.

In corners it layed completly flat with no bodyroll. 2 km from me there is a big roundabout and I took 5 laps around it:rofl: I almost couldn´t stop again, it was so much fun.

I have a front ARB from Whiteline in the garage, so I guess I have to take another day off soon.........

i have a fabia 1.4 TDI ..but my under boday looks a bit different... mines is the 2007 model...... can i get some info if i'm able to add this to my car

I must admit everyone says how good the rear ARB is and one of the best mods you can do to the handling

It is also great that you bit the bullet to confirm 100% that it does fit

how much did u pay for the ARB

I actualy do not remember but Sarah at awesomeGTI has it and can give you the correct price. Think it was around 100-120 pounds.

and one more thing the underneath of my car is more sealed.. like it has a plastic mat or something.. they say it prevent the underbody from getting scrapped

The red thing is the upper strut brace from SEAT Motorsport. It should improve grip, but I can´t feel any real improvement. Perhaps when I get my front ARB fittet.......For road use I think it is more a visual gimmick, but on track with real aggressive driving it should thighten the front up.

I have a plastic shield but it is at the front of the car.

cuz last time when they put it up on the ramp .. it was like a sealed underfloor and they told me that it the part got destroyed in an accident it would cost me abt $300-$400

Hi Dan! This upper strut brace is designed especially for any kind of Seat? In hungary there is only one company who makes Seats for track racing. I hope they can help for me if I know what I want. I want one for Ibiza, part 6L0071710. This is it?
