Dogs Danglies

Featured Replies

My Intention Was To Make The Front Suspension On My Vrs Full Audi Tt, With Hubs And Lower Arms. The Hubs Have A Drop Knuckle To Improve The Roll Centre. After A Phone Call To Allard Motorsport, However, I Sacked This And Purchased A Negative Camber Kit Instead.

The Kit Included A Plate Which Fits To Your Factory Lower Arms Where The Ball Joint Is And The Ball Joint Then Sits On Top Of The Plate In A Revised Position. You Also Get 2 X 5 Mm Spacers For The Cv Joints, As The Track Is Slightly Wider. I Also Needed Golf R32 Track Rods And Ends Because Of The Wider Track.

Well Its All Fitted And I Can Only Describe It As The Dogs B......s!!

The Extra Negaitive Camber On The Front Makes A Real Difference. The Faster You Corner The More It Grips. I Was Astonished At Just How Much The Nose Of The Car Was Nailed Down, Approach A Bend, Bury The Throttle And It Just Grips Sling Shots You Round.

Tyre Wear? I've Not Noticed Any Extra.

nice

How many miles you done on it so far then ? I would of thought a few thousand will start to show on the tyres.

Good effort though.
