Converting Photos to B&W

Featured Replies

To help my son complete his homework I'm after a piece of freely available software that can imitate an old film reel from the silent movie days i.e would like to incorporate him into a film reel and capture it in poster form.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

your looking more for sepia than B&W then really, try either paint shop pro or photoshop as i'm sure both have trials and will do this easily :)

If you Microsoft Office Picture Manager will do, and is probably in your start menu under "Microsoft Office".

If you upload his picture into photobucket, in the edit photo tools is an old photo option. eg:

or to improve the looks
