Hi just stumbled upon this site , tons of info . Just bought a 53 plate vrs estate in black (had a 4x4 1.8 t estate before great car ) .

The vrs is every bit the car i hoped it would be , in does need 17" alloys tho, the 16" standard wheels look a bit wee , thinking of a set of 17" zenith octavia new vrs wheels . But a bit expensive .

Anyway just wanted to say Hi will look round the site to find wheel chat !!

Sounds like a MKI to me

Welcome to the forums.

The Mk2 alloys have a different fitting to the Mk1 ones unfortunately, your options are either the 17" ones from the Mk1 vRS hatchback or some aftermarket 17" ones.

MK 1 estate vrs comes with 16" as standard , have found a fox fx 5 that kinda looks like the zenith from a distance on a cold dark rainy night !!

17" FOX FX5 WHEEL & TYRE PACKAGE 2008 NEW on eBay, also, Wheel Rims, Car Wheels, Tyres Trims, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 06-Dec-08 08:10:44 GMT)
