Couple of Octy VRS Questions

Afternoon, I noticed yesterday when having the cam belt done that when operating the central locking that the n/s rear door isn't unlocking with the rest of the system! I assume that the actuator has gone but does anyone have any thoughts of what else it might be if not that??

Secondly, i noticed also that the rear wash wipe isn't operating but i can't get the ruddy pipe off the arm to see if it's blocked!? i thought warming it might help but to no avail?!?!
