Adjusting / Replacing VRS Factory Xenons

Hi,

I have wobbly headlight syndrome and a really badly adjusted main beam which shines upwards and over to the left so I've obtained a replacement Fabia Xenon driver's side headlight from a breaker to fix it. Firstly, does anyone know if there are CAN-BUS issues on these cars requiring the lamp to be programmed to the ECU or can the old one just be unbolted and the new one fitted straight in? Also, hopefully I've posted a picture of the light here, there are two phillips adjusters on the top, on my 'broken' light to one nearest the indicator adjusts the xenon's height fine but the other on seems to do nothing. Can anyone cast any light;) on which way to turn which adjuster to move which beam in which direction?
