Dealer Did Not Fix The Leak

Featured Replies

Took my car to the dealer a few weeks back due to water leaking into the door cards and today noticed the door card behind the driver seat was stained and the window had condensation on it for a while even though the rest of the windows were clear. The car is now 3 weeks out of the 12 month used warranty and I paid £40 to get it fixed with skoda paying the rest, should I take the car back and get it fixed for free??.

yes , demand they fix it this time

If you have paid for it to be fixed and it has not been fixed, I would say you have a case for grievience.

I had the exact same problem with D M Keith and told them to **** off when they offered to re do it for the fourth time for free because to me 4 times is 3 too many.

IMHO mate go to a VAG specialist near you or do it yourself. D M Keith are hopeless in (Only IMHO)
