just bought W reg Fabia Elegence with 90,000m on it.

Got stamped up service booklet but no other service history. No mention in booklet of belt change.

Any indications that might show if its been done?

If not I suppose well due a change?

Don't know these engines, but could well be.

BUT, have happily now found a sticker saying was done at 87,000 a year ago :)

Elegance will either have a TDi or a 16V 1.4, both of which have belts. They didn't use the 'lesser' engines on this model.
