HELP with Fabia Door Interal Differences?

I have now finished my Fabia vRS estate, but have a few small issues....

I have not swapped the door internals ( the aluminium plate and window motor etc) as I presumed they were the same but:

I have connected everything up, the door locking works but the electric windows, door lock switch and mirror switch do not work neither does any of the lighting on the door controls.

My question is, I can now see the different wiring layout, on the '02 plate doors, the wiring all runs through the window motor, where as on the '54 plate doors, the wiring for the mirrors runs straight to the mirrrors. As it is a fairly big job to swap these aluminium panels, motors, wiring etc will it be possible to recode these to work or and I going to have to swap them? Another problem is that i have sold the mirrors from the '54 plate vRS so the mirrors I have will not work with the newer door panel
