Hi, I am looking at getting some VRS badges for the rear front and possibly sides of my Octavia, can someone point me in the right direction. I have looked on Ebay and cant find any on there, and few other places on the net.

The standard plastic badges are available from the dealer for about 12-15 quid.

Try kustom-plates on ebay. I'm just waiting for some vRS doom badges in carbon fibre to replace the rear and front Skoda badges. They can do the 'vRS' in either the original or revised versions.
