removed bluefin for a test tonight

Featured Replies

after a day of doing nothing i thought id see if iliked the std setup on my motor today minus the bluefin.

took fifteen minutes for the handset to reset to original factory settings, then took the car for a spin down our local back road, it felt gutless after being used to driving with the remap, the torque felt alot more spread outover the rev range. and it just felt like half the car. averaged 22 mpg over 24 miles.

so i put the remap back on, 15ish minutes again, then went back along the same route, and jesus, what a difference, the torque, is just so much more noticable, and definately comes in earlier in the rev range as well. alot worse on the fuel economy though:rofl: 16.7mpg over the same route.

definately couldnt go back to normal settings after trying that. it felt so flat, although the dumpvalve seemed more noticable on std setup, dont know if that was just me imagining it though.

looking forward to these anti roll bars next year though:thumbup:
