Rattling from air vent

Hello all,

I think I've got something trapped within the ventilation system, when I turn the fan speed up it gets louder etc. It's coming from the vent on the right of the driver's seat. It sounds like a leaf or something, is that possible?!

How can I get it out, can the vents be opened/dismantled?
