Hello,

I was trying hard to find angel eye projectors for my face lifted Felicia and was told that Polo 6n (mk3) units would retro-fit? but before taking the plunge and buying a set I just wanted to make sure that the units fit the electricals of the car and mount without issue.

Can anyone help?

there is another thread regarding this issue, but the polo 6n fit the older Felicia (not the facelift) i want to do the same so let me know how it turn out so i can send out to buy a set

Hi, I have taken the plunge on a set for a early 6n Polo, will give it a try! famous last words .

Just so you now the 6N Polo is a Mk4.

As Tom said they dont fit.

However anything can be made to fit given enough time and patience.

This is the Mk3 6n on Wikipedia, It looks about the same size and shape as the facelift Felicia, and got plenty of bits and pieces to make brackets should it be neccisary. also the indicator parts on the projectors can be separated from the units so the standard Skoda ones can stay in situ if need be.

Looks like they may be too small!

If it doesn't work out then Ebay is my friend! lose a little cash but a project is a project!

Thats a MK4 6N. They have it wrong.

MK1 Polo

MK2 Polo

MK3 Polo

MK4 Polo

In fact the do not fit without modifying the car's front and bonnet.

I know sb. who achieved it, but he worked very hard on it.

I also know sb. who used bora headlights and jetta (new) taillights. For achiving that he had to modify the car's front and bonnet.

They are the closest and nicest match for Felicia I. But don't expect to fit perfectly.

They don't fit but a BMW e36 have the same size of lights and with some change with connectors they work fine 

 

The backlights are totally the same as those of a golf3
