Does anyone know if "Rougemont" is still active/alive/intersted still in Briskoda ?

He had, and offered at a reasonable price the P160 plastic bits that made up the

inlet pipework .

As Seat prices are so high now, if some one has access at a fairer price, think would be interest of quite a few Briskodians.

I do wonder what problems might occur if the original P130 pipework is removed and

the inlet to the air filter accepted air from the engine compartment.. That would increase airflow prewarmed from the engine compartment with little threat of water ingress.

Or have I got it all wrong and there would be other issues ?

Therein lies the problem.

For optimum results a cold air feed is essential.
