I have seen many threads on rattles in the back of the VRs but has anyone come across the steering column plastic cover resonating whilst driving (it's so bloody annoying).

Over Christmas I think I will see if all the screws are tight.

I just wondered if anyone else has any ideas on how to stop this?

Had same problem on my Scout. Fixed by dealer under warranty - simply needed some tape inserting between the steering column and the cover, to fill the small gap that was causing the problem.

I will ask them to look at it on the next service along with the rear wiper as that leaks occasionally.

Have a similar problem which the dealer is looking into in the new year, So i'll let you know how it goes!
