Hey guys

I need to take out the fogs (and the plastic strip thingy thats holding them in) for painting . . . Im abit of an idiot when it comes to taking things off so thought id ask how its done?

Taking the fogs out you really need to take the bumper off, the plastic inserts just pop out with a bit of force.

You can use the forge fabia front mount guide to help removing the bumper.
