The bulb went this week on my vRS and I can't get access to change it so I need to take out the battery. However I can't take off the plastic cover thing that's over the battery. How do I take it off? I've tried for the last hour or so and I can't see how it clips off. Any ideas?

you dont need to take the battery out mate to change the headlight bulb, i did mine the other day in 10 mins

There is a clip on either side that needs to be pushed in before it can be removed.

Finally managed to change the bulb without taking out the battery. I got my little brother to do it who has smaller hands!

I managed to change one last night, just as I was going to work, and I have large hands

lol took me a min to do! although did have to take the side plastic cover off the battery to do it!

Yep, remove the top cover AND the side cover to gain access.

I even managed to fit a HID kit many moons ago without removing the battery
