Goodbye Vrs

Featured Replies

Hi Peeps

It's been a long time since I posted on here, I recently traded in the Octavia Vrs for a Kia Sorrento (4x4). I feel sad that I did it because I loved my vrs so very much it was the first car I bought from new and we did all of her 88000 miles together. So instead of spending £1500 to keep her happy on the road I traded her in and spent another £18000 on a new Kia, don't get me wrong the Kia is a fantastic car (and yes I do take her off road) but I miss my baby, I have seen her around and I believe she is still in my home town. The new man in her life seems to keep her as clean as I use to so I am OK with that, I am now saving my pennies so one day I will buy her back. She will be mine again!!

Anyway Happy Christmas and have a Great New Year, I shall pop back now and again to make sure you are all having fun!!

I think we've all sold a car and regretted it afterwards. I've been looking round for my old Mk1 Golf GTI lately and realised that I shouldn't have sold it in the first place.

Enjoy the Kia.

I've only sold one car and sent one other to the scrap yard... regretted both :(

I sold my old fiat coupe 20v turbo a few years ago. I've regratted it eversince! Im welling up now at the memories. :weeping:. ......too late

I sold two special cars that I cherished & spent hours looking after, one being my 309gti & the other my Clio 172 sport. I really regreted getting rid of both after & even more so selling them to friends. It hurt seeing them quite regulary, but even more so, because both ended up being neglected & ended up in smashes.:(
