Bad starting on vrs

Featured Replies

Took my vrs into the dealers for them to try and sort the radio out to which they failed, but i have noticed that since being with them the starting of the car isnt nomal.

When i bought it you turn the key, dash lights up, glow plug symbol lights and a gurgle from the fuel pump. Now however the dash lights up as normal but there is no glow plug or fuel pump gurgle. It takes varying turns of the key before i get the symbol and gurgle.

I know weve been having a cold spell up here could this be the reason or could the skoda tech been changing things?

Also the heater doesnt seem to get as hot as before.

If the car is under warranty take it to another dealer. If its out of warranty go to a VAG specialist.

I wouldnt use that dealer again mate sound like a right set of spanners IMHO.
