Ok, done a little searching around and found that a few others have had the same problem as me:

Was just wondering if anyone else has had this and did the information in post #22 on the thread above fix your problem?

Micheal actually remapped my car too...the blokes a genius so I would imagine his suggestion is a good one, however I was just wondering if anyone who had actually had this problem could confirm this as a fix.
