Hey folks, i'm thinking of treating myself to a birthday present (10th Jan don't forget!) and was thinking of a new set of shoes for the fabia. Could anyone advise me on what would fit or post pics of what i'm after. I was looking for maybe a split rim with a slight dish (very slight) and then having a slight stretch on the tyres, going for a euro look... budget of around £500, i don't mind going secondhand either!

Not a split rim i dont think, but BBS LM's could be in that budget. (used i would expect)

go on edition 38! lots of people selling nice wheels on there!

buy some beetle steels and get them banded! that would be under £500 and you could have as much or as little dish as you wanted!

as above check out the for sale section on ED38 as there are always some nice sets kicking around. i got my D90's from ebay for under £200 and by the time they were on the car they were costing less than £500 after fixing kerb marks, painting, swapping tyres and a set of adaptors.

you probably wont be wanting a wheel any wider than 8" and 16's will show that off better too

well you'd have to get the steels banded yourself! then you can decide how much dish u'd want! whethera couple of inchs or something extreme!
