Life is a blast - for Furby owners

Featured Replies

Got out of work early today so just for the hell of it I went for a long country lane drive! When I left work it was dry, but the rain soon came.

Headed for some unrestricted, very quiet open country lanes, an hour or so of spirited driving in the pouring rain and some 80 odd miles, my face was starting to ache with the constant grin :D

At the moment the Furby is standard, so yes it has some faults the std tyres leave a lot to be desired, paricularly in the wet, the suspension needs lowering (sump guard first ;) ) brakes need some work, but having said that once you get a feel for the standard car it can provide loads of fun.

In the early 1980's I took part in both road and single venue stage rallies, I thought I had lost the need to hurl a car (in a controlled way) down muddy tracks, I was wrong. The Furby has brought that feeling of excitement back.

I'll have a beer now to help keep this strange smile on my face.
