Boot Open Button On Key Doesnt Work

Featured Replies

the boot open button on my key doesnt seem to do anything ?

when you press the button it lights up on the key no problems just doesnt seem to do anything on the car

is the button/key likely to be faulty in some way, out of sync or maybe the feature may have been disabled ?

open and lock on the key work fine, no problems

How long you holding it for?

ahhh, just a normal press, do you need to hold it down ?

If you can hear a noise when the button is pressed, it is likely that the lock catch has become gummed up. Try spraying some WD40 on the catch to free it. It worked for me anyway.
