Does anyone know if the 13pin electric kit (part number ZGB1Z0055204) will work correctly on a MY08 Scout?

Fitted this part on my scout ,this will only power your light's on trailer if for a caravan you will need an aditional wiring up grade kit,and its a lot of strip down ,to fit

You won't happen to know the part number for the caravan upgrade kit would you?

Also, any chance you could send me a copy of the instructions for both?

Sorry for delay ,the additional kit i used is zgb1z3055205b,there are two vertions of this depending on year of caravan,send me a pm with your e mail and i will send the instructions for this , sorry i can't find instructions for the main kit, but i have seen fitting instuctions and pictures in a thread on this site.

Hello , my brother has biught kodiak with matrix led lights. One of the problem is that high beam don't light up automatically and there is option to enable it on the menu. I have read somewere that someone had the same problem , but in tme meatime recieved an ota update and the function appeard . I have an obd11 but can't connect the car because of rhe newer protection so I was wondering how I could enable it. Another thing is if it would be possible to enable the inner rear stop lights. Local dealership said it would cost £300 to upgrade my maps and suggested that there are better options them then for this! After lots of online research I decided to update the firmware from H4120 to 5274. I have the zipped file RNS_510_FW_5274_update.iso and have burned this to a DVD at lowest speed. When I put the DVD in the unit (no keys in iginition) it whirs around and then after 20-30 seconds comes back with a CD/DVD error. The unit will play a normal music

For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car.
