well as far as i no it was the skoda garage near me,as on the plates it has the garage name on it.

Ive just finished colour codeing mine , It's now on the Kitchen radiator for the spray shop Light oven bake paint drying procedure :D

CV, CU and CP are this area. The garage probably would have changed the plates so that their name was on it for advertisment.

Gaz could well be right - that's a Welsh-registered Fab (reg starts with C for Cymru). Your local garage has just had some new plates made when it came in :)

ohh i see well ill have a look in the book and stuff tomorrow, do you know if plain white number plates are legal? just the standard number and then the rest plain?

As long you're putting a white one on the front :D

If you're meaning plain in the sense of not having the GB identifier down the left-hand side, then yes, that's not compulsory. The plate just needs to conform to the correct British standard, with regards to plate size, font type and size and the correct reflective properties.
