Something is wrong with my 1,2 HTP -04.

16554 - Fuel Trim: Malfunction: Bank 1

P0170 - 35-00 - -

Readiness: 0000 0101

Any ideas?

It comes and goes.

Fault found.

It was the lambda.

Fault values sometime.

Changed to new.

I had the engine management light come on my 1.4 (8v) the day after i picked it up. They plugged in their computer and it threw up a code for the lambda sensor. They contacted skoda and they said that they have not had any problems with lambda sensor before.

Turns out it was an air leak somewhere (i didn't ask where, the mechanic was very busy) but is now fixed (i believe it was somewhere on an engine cover) and sounds a bit healthier.
