Random indicator failure

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I got into the car this morning, drove to the end of my road and realised my indicators had completely died, the hazards work fine but nothing from the indicators, I know that they were working just before I locked it up last night, the thing is I would look for the relay via the manual and see if i could solve it but I dont have one..

Any ideas please??? Seems strange that the hazards still work

Either the relay, or a fault with the indicator stalk I would guess. The relay is behind the hazard switch on the dash.

I would think it is the relay

The relay is behind the hazard switch, to remove it you'll need to remove the plastic trim around the switch (Carefully So not to mark or damage dash) And the switch is held in by IIRC 2 clips that just push in and the unit should pull out.
