Should i be happy?

Featured Replies

I've just gone past 2000 mile mark in my Octy 130pdi Estate with a 800 ml touring trip to Scotland (a mixture of 70/80mph motorways and 40 to 60mph up down the Glenns driving) and i only got an average of 61mpg... should i be happy?

I should think so, just been for a blast around north worcestershire and did 62mpg! :)

You should certainly feel happier than Gordon Brown. :P

Just think of all the extra tax he'd be getting if you had a less ecomonical version like the 1.4 petrol.

got mine down to 19 mpg today,on a blast,i am happy:)

The posting was tongue in cheek... i am verrrry happy with the 61mph.... considering its an Octavia Estate loaded with 4 bodies and their luggage, not a smaller Fabia.

The engine has got plenty of balls... should chip quite well.

Has anybody on here Jabba chipped 130pd Octavia, and what mileage can it done at?

TaviaRS has..........generally speaking Michael prefers a few thousands miles on the clock but.......he will remap it for you whatever the mileage.

Mine was done at 9k, makes it just a wee bit quicker ;)

:D
