Hi all

I pick up my first Octavia vRS tomorrow having just sold my MK5 Zetec S.

It's Silver on a 53 plate and only done 27k.

Standard apart from a WRC spoiler and mudflaps on the front (not standard i believe?!?!)

I'm only using it as a weekend car really as i have a work van.

Will hopefully get some pictures up over the weekend and hopefully come to some meets soon.

Good work, coming from a mk5 Zetec S you will see what build quality should be like! My Zetec S had the worse build quality of all the Fords I have owned.

the Zetec S was still a good step up from a 1.1 106 that i had for my first car lol!!

Yeah but when black is clean It looks soooo good and much meaner than silver .

I do like the vRS in silver or yellow too though.

Agreed - My ford rotted and build quality was a joke. For starters you know with the weight of the doors

Picked up my Silver Octavia TDi PD vRS (57 plate) about 2 weeks ago now.... on collection day I got followed by a Police BMW for 20 minutes - very difficult to keep it from flying!!

Done 800 miles or so - and just getting to grips with it - it's absolutely unbelievable. Fantastic.

Havn't cleaned it yet and it still looks pristine - except for some black motorway **** on the alloys, the silver is definitely a good choice!

yeh im really pleased i got silver now, and i think silver goes really well with most colour schemes. im getting my alloys powder cowder anthracite very shortly.
