I'd say Awesome GTI or Unit 18, I guess your about in the middle of them both.

check out the list of people with VAGCOM in the diagnostics forum, see if there is anyone near you.

Do you mean enabling or fitting?

If it just need enabling/configuring contact a member who has full VCDS/VAG-Com from this list
