Help if anyone can. I am experiencing a lack of power in my octavia 1.9tdi. I can start it up and move off, sometimes low on power, stays at maybe 20 to 30mph for a while and then it will boost into life. I have changed the air mass meter located at air filter housing and have put in new air filter, have redex'd engine through fuel, sometimes on first start up kicks out some smoke.

I am now at a loss, help plse?
