White Wing Mirrors.........................

Featured Replies

The wifes new Fabia Blueline has a white roof but the Wing mirrors are blue. I think the wing mirrors would look good white so........ "Can you buy the covers separately so I can get them painted and do they just clip on or is it a big job" . Next " Can anyone Photoshop me a Blue Fabia with a white roof and wing mirrors so I can see what it would look like ".............Thanks Andy :)

Hello Andy,

You can get the caps seperately.

Part Numbers are as follows:

Passenger side - 5J0 857 537A GRU

Drivers side - 5J0 857 538A GRU

They are £23.58 each inc VAT.

Hope this helps.

Top Man errrr Girl...;)....." Do they just clip on and off "

Just had a look. By the looks of it yes can't see any screws or fixings.

The trim that goes all the way round the mirror as you are looking into it pops off then the upper cap pops off. It should all just clip back together.

And Top Girl thanks! ;)

Edited to suit ........[ sorry ]...........:o......Thanks

Might it be possible to sray the covers yourself for considerably less than £23 +? Once removed you could make a tidy job.

If it' anything like the mk1 fabia covers, there are screws behind the mirror glass that hold the covers on. Not sure how the glass comes out on the fabia II but it requries delicate "pressure" to unclip the glass.

or if someone kindly clips your mirror it pops off pretty easily!:rolleyes::)

Vinyl is your friend ;)
