Stab in the dark here but are all the breather pipes clear.

Also i assume the head gasket and oil rings are all in working condition and preventing combustion gases coming into the oil system.

Get a longer length of pipe and run it from the rocker top into an oil catch tank or vent to atmospher (into chassis leg to stop the rot setting in)

Either one of the crankcase breather hoses is blocked, or the engine's worn out/stuck rings, and pressurising the crankcase.

I'd go with Ken on this one and would say a breather hose has blocked.

A old mk2 astra i had use to gunk up from the crank case to the airfilter case, never blew the dipstick out.

But it did manage to blow a rocker cover gasket haha!
