rear wiper/wash OCTAVIA2 2006

What appears to be a common problem is causing me grief!.Wiper action slowed slightly,then stopped altogether, washer fluid then stopped.Over a couple of days wiper worked very intermittently.According to Skoda dealers this could only be the wiper motor.Garage fitted new motor.......no joy.Found seperated washer tube in boot fixed and dried.......no particular damage to multiplugs here.I now have washer ..no wi
