Alternative to Jumbo Box

Featured Replies

Does anyone have any experience of fitting the "Armster Central Armrest" to an Octy II?

I've seen it for £80, it does what I want (an armrest with a bit of storage!) and I'm not bothered about any of the "extras" a genuine jumbo box has.

But, it's secured to the back of the console tray by 4 small screws and resting your elbow on it when you get into the car (as was my habit with my last Octavia) will exert an awful lot of leverage on those screws. I'm concerned about the plastic cracking.

Any offers??

Have a look at these mate ,,Octavia II - storage armrest for cars without jumbo-box - MARTINEK : Skoda Tuning = superskoda.com .

Almost forgot to mention that i dont own one of these so cant comment on there quality but i was looking at buying one up until i got a jumbo box on ebay.

Cheers, but I bought the Armster on evilbay as I had a 10% off coupon expiring today and it cost £71 with free postage. Couldn't stretch to 120 Euros plus postage from CZ.
