Does anyone know where I can get some anti squeal pads to go on the back of brake pads to stop squeeling brakes, I got somebefore from Ian godney but I cant seem to contact him at the moment & need some fairly quickly.

I have tried all our local brake specialists & they all say they were discontinued a couple of years ago

Stuart, try Autocross in Bracknell, 08701 678910, for the AP anti-squeal shims. They may have some or know where to get them.

Another couple of alternatives:

Phil, copper slip can only do so much, as you probably know, sometimes you need to fit either anti-squeal shims or pads. APs and Brembos seem to "need" them for some reason :confused:

Yep it helped last time until the brakes got really hot one day sticky pads cured it no mater how much abuse they get

being a qualified mechanic you don`t know how much that hurt....
