3 different radiators - same engine code?

Featured Replies

Well i had a lovely flood of pinkness out the front of Lissy thismorning so now need a new radiator...

Found 1 place on 'net thats got 3 different radiators listed for my engine code?

How the hell do i know which one I need?

1 has a fan in it - thats got a different part number to the other two

The other two have same part number and same price but are listed as plastic aluminium and mechanical aluminium,.

Oh and I just noticed they are slightly different in size by a couple of mm

Sorry to sound thick! But I really havent a clue

Are you looking online?

If so post a link.

Failing that most motorfactors will be able to do a reg search.

Aqw?

They are all the same part number anyhow as far as I can see.

bottom 2 are same. the larger one is 64103.

I'll have to try and get someone over tomorrow to help me pull the front off her I think.

Larger one comes complete with fan though, so forget that.

cool ta - thats all i really needed to know i guess wether i needed the fan one or not. Will get one ordered now thankyou

I cant see why you would tbh and as far as I know all the rads are the same.

Take some comfort as your car doesnt have ac you dont need to take the front off, just the bumper.

Sorry to add to the confusion Missp but my radiator DOES have a fan attatched to it... and you do have the same engine as me...

They all have fans attatched to them, but you unbolt it.

The only way to be 100% sure is to buy a gen one. Always a gamble with pattern ones.
