Can anyone suggest what may cause a beep to happen whilst indicating right, beeps in sequence to indicator, does not occur all the time though, i suspect it may be a faulty connection somewhere! the beep seems to come from the one speaker at rear near side. Will try and wiggle the wires at weekend when i can see in daylight but a start in the direction would be appreciated.:confused:

Some cars used to that when you had a pulling a trailer to remind you something was on the back. It was triggered by plugging something into the towbar electrics. I wonder if the Octavia has a circuit that has come to life for some reason?

Thanks will look around as it does have a towbar electrics still there, which i no longer use.
