TT Wheels Price?

Featured Replies

Not sure if this is the correct place to be posting this but if its not sorry and can it be moved.

I am thinking of putting my car back to standard and currently have a set of TT 6 spoke wheels in gunmetal colour. I originally bought the wheels last year from someone on here, got them refurbed before fitting them and have since found one of the wheels has a buckle:mad: As I didnt fit them before I cant prove it was the refurb company.

My question is what do you think they would be worth when selling them on? Two have basically new budget tyres and two with plenty of tread left. One has a kirb mark on the front (lady parking) and all the rest are mint so far as I can see. I now have the buckled wheel on the back and its fine for driving but just wanted to know what you guys thought they would be worth?

Cheers in advance lads

Martin

How bad is the buckle?

I would doubt is would be the refurb company unless they dropped it from a great height.

To be honest, alot of OEM wheels are selling cheap just now.

I sold a set of Audi TT wheels recently for mega cheap.

They were needing refurbed though.

Just try and get your money back on the refurb value.

It shook the wheel slighlty when on the front at motorway speeds but on the back its not bad at all.

Yeah thought that, even if someone takes them for spares.

Thanks for the reply bud
