Bluefin questions

Featured Replies

If you have other mods such as an induction kit, when you get Bluefin does the map you get take this into account and if so how? Also i'm guessing the software is PC only so me being a mac user will have to track down a friendly PC user!

Yes I believe Bluefin is PC only. Can you get PC emulators for the Mac?

The maps are generic, but should adapt to any complimentary mods.;)

If its not quite what you want then Superchips are more than happy to help

Superchips can customise their maps, not sure how much they charge though :)

with the bluefin they say that the stage 1 map will accept a new air intake without needing adapting.

for stage 2 bluefin you need the downpipe and sports cat, but if you have the full exhaust system they can adjust the map to take it into consideration the cat back exhaust and induction kit.

You can also get a stage 2+map to take into account an uprated fuel pump. They told me you would be looking at 270bhp and 300Ibft with the pump, intake, TBE. and possibly a little more with FMIC upgrade.

This is all free of charge once you have the handset.

no idea on bluefin computing software working on Mac. just phone them up. It might be compatible
