Hi, anyone know where I can get a new volume knob for the DX unit in my Superb. The rubber has worn off and it looks messy. Dealer says new unit!!! Have tried to find who manufactures this unit to no avail. Cheers.

Have tried Blaupunkt dealers but they can not get spares for factory fitted units!!!:eek:

Got there at last. Phoned Blaupunkt direct - very helpful, ordered 2 knobs for £9. Better than £1600 quoted for new unit!!!! Thanks.

What about two rubber thimbles? Cut them to fit, cheap and might be worth a try.

The knobs come complete and just pull off and push back on. All the contact details are on the Blaupunkt UK website. Phone 01895 838880 option 4 and actually talk to someone who was helpful. Have your system serial numbers etc ready to quote. Cheers.
