I've read the standard bushes are prone to wearing so was just going to polybush it all round.

Looking at Powerflex's page there doesn't seem as many bushes as I thought. Do the ones on this page cover all the ones that are prone to failing?

How thick is the standard front ARB as it lists 3 different sizes there.

I think most people on here fit Seat Cupra Console bushes and Powerflex ones to the rest. The Powerflex equivalent one is only an insert and is liable to fall out. As mentioned by Jim H. The mod which most VRS owners do is to replace the front wishbone front bush with powerlex items(PFF85-601x2) and fit Seat Ibiza Cupra bushes to the console, which is the part which the front wishbone rear pin fits into. I believe a VRS's front anti roll bar is 20mm in diameter but a few people have got away with fitting the 19mm from powerflex.

Rear Beam Mounting Bush x2 - PFR85-415 - £61.92

According to the Powerflex diagram those are all the bushes that can be replaced. Also the Jabba ARB comes with poly bushes so that's covered.

While I'm at it, are there engine mounts or dog-bone mounts that need uprated as well or have I covered everything?

Never had to replace the vRS rear beam bushes (they are different anyhow) so i wouldn't consider that 100% required, also alot of work to do).

^^ My mate said he did it on his friends '95 MK3 Golf and it was an absolute nightmare of a job.

The Seat bush part number you qoute are solid bushes, not voided ones. However i dont know if they are the same as the Jabba items. There is another item called the dog mount bush that you can change but reading on here it can cause excessive vibrations throughout the cabin.

I have just noticed your prices you have listed for the powerflex bushes. You could try Awesome who are on here. They might work out cheaper.

I have just got some cupra bushes and they came in at £8.29 each !

I've been hearing the Powerflex ones wear out quickly, that cant be right can it? Am I based just getting the Cupra equivalent for each?
