anyone got any pics or any advice. Im after a set of wheels but the set i want are only in 18" for a golf mk4. The kei wheels and most of there sizes are 18" and above. Would there be alot of rubbing? Or is 17" the best and only way to go..... i looked through other threads and the wheel gallery but there seemed to be only one car with 18" and it looked to be sitting quite high off the ground so maybe 18s arnt the best look to go for if your still trying to keep a low stance:confused:

I'm currently running 18's on 215x35-18's, only mods I had too do was add 5mm spacers on the front to clear the coilovers.

TBH I think it actually drove better on my last set of 17's, but defo looks the nuts!

No scrubbing issues at all.

18's are crap, catch the front arches on the insides, rub on full lock, hit the rear outside arch with a load in.... and road noise was aweful, one to be avoided i think.... also makes a fabia look like a rollerskate

I haven't had any scrubbing issues, but it's true there is definetly abit more tyre noise, I quite like the look of the 18's on there, fill the arches lovely

It's down to personal preference, but shortly I'm going to opposite route 16' low & wide
