I'll speak to Chris at Pulmans tomorrow, but the intention is that payment will be direct to the dealer (probably PayPal but perhaps a creit card option as well), and items sent directly to each person in the Grup Buy.

Full payment details will appear as soon as I have them.

Just spoken to Chris at Pulman and we are all set to go on this one.

Payment by PayPal is preferred - please send a PM directly to Chris (via the Pulman_Skoda member ID - http://briskoda.net/members/pulman_skoda/) and include your email address so that he can send out a PayPal invoice.

I can't comment as I don't have mine fitted yet.

My standard one used to scrape more than it does now - the dealer tweaked it somehow (adjusted the spring maybe?) and it improevd it.

Having said that, chrisw880 said he replaced hs to get rid of the scraping sound - see post #17 above.

So in summary no guarantees but its up to you if you want to give it a try.

Just fitted mine. The old one was a complete mare to get off. It had corroded really badly and was properly jammed. A few taps some WD40 and a screw driver got it free though.

Just as an update, i have been calling Chris for the last 2 weeks since the group buy was approved trying to pay,

i have left message after message, spoke to him once and he said he didnt have the facility to take a card payment as i dont have paypal at the moment,

he promised me a call back for payment and delivery on tuesday, i waited till thursday, i called he was in the "sunderland office" so i left an urgent message for him to call that day or on friday, gave my works number, mobile and works mobile number, no call on friday

so though fu*k it, and paid the extra £3 from stafford vw,

really really really really really poor customer service,

I'll remove my name from this as well, found one on eBay for about £1 more.

It's more that the forum software has been changed. It's rather annoying, but the best thing to do is to use either this site's search feature or go to google and put site:briskoda.net on the end of it. Remember most of the links on Google won't work either so use the cache link.
