Hi just got these from CRN Products only £160 for red stuff pads and front discs which i thought was good after looking at other brands, does anyone have experience of these?

Also are the wear sensors only on the pads ?

I had some discs like them with the std pads. when you break you can hear a bit of a drone, also the std pads got rid of the groovs no problem, iirc I had plenty of wear left on the pads and the discs were pritty much gone.

they were good though i liked them for the price.

I have those discs fitted & they are really good. I have used mintex pads with them, so I can't comment on the red stuff pads.

I have had them fitted for quite some time & had no problems. You can hear a drone, but It isn't loud or irritating & after a few days you will forget its there.

Like the wife then? Droning noise but you block it out after a while (checks over shoulder to make sure she isnt reading this.....)

I have these on mine with tarox .401 pads and they are excellent. Like others have said, they are a bit noisey but they've never let me down. I used to run them on my old Rover 200 and liked them then which is why I bought a set for my Octavia.
