2 things my wife 2001 fabia got my 2002 vRS aint got.

A timer on rear screen heater (push button and goes off after a while) where mine is off or on.:(

Secondly if you select reverse while front wipers are on full or intermittent the fabia 's rear wiper will sweep. Mine does not.:(

Can either of these be fitted or activated???

The only car I've ever had with a timed HRW, the switch was pressure sensitive rather than physically moving like the Octy's does.
