new superb owner

hi there i know this sounds daft but ive just bought new superb so bear with me lol now my prob is and both myself and my son have looked in the manual and cant work it out the daylight driving lights i would like them off but cant suss it even tho ive done as the manual says pulling the left light lever towards steering wheel and then done after ignition has been turned on and still the lights stay on any help appreciated thanks

By "new Superb" do you mean a Superb Mk2? Or is it the older shape Mk1?

regarding bluefox ive been informed its the superb s new model saloon come hatchback split boot thingy lol n thanx for welcome ;) and regarding and gilesk i think its the daylight driving lights just goin witht the manual like i said im clueless here lol but manual states 3secs after turning on ignition i pull light lever towards steering wheel then up all that does is flash lamps and turns on right indicatoer lol:rolleyes:

Perhaps this would be better in the Superb II section then... I've no idea about this feature, but I do suspect you'll need Vagcom.

I did read "daytime running lights" and think "wtf"... until I gave it more thought! :lol:
